Bored. Bored. Bored. Nothing I'm too interested in saying, but I have some time to kill, so...
Saw Spidey 2 last weekend. Sorta disappointed, actually. I think the main problem is that I'm not clicking with Kirsten Dunst as MJ. I adore K.Dunst usually, but she's not working for me in these movies. :( Since some of the big moments in the movie are Peter/MJ, it is a bummer to have those moments fall flat.
Finished up the final volumes of my recent super-faves in anime (Fruits Basket, Weiss Kreuz, Fruits Basket, Full Metal Panic, Fruits Basket), so am going through a bit of withdrawal as I have to shift back to renting shows that aren't a guaranteed excitement when they arrive in the mail. Have I mentioned that Fruits Basket is fantabulous? It is.
Currently reading "College of Magics" by Caroline Stevermer. It started a bit slowly for me, but about a third of the way into it, things picked up (oddly enough, at the point where the titular college becomes rather unimportant to the story.) Not sure yet if I'll like it enough to pick up the sequel that was released earlier this year.
